Met-X:  A metabolic workout is a fast-paced circuit, in which there is a series of fairly simple weightlifting/floor exercises and they are done in a very short time schedule. The faster and harder you work, the more you’ll get out of it. But of course, you’ll be that much more tired while you’re recovering. The idea is to create a very high-intensity workout, one that burns fat as it adds muscle tone.
Zumba Toning: Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training workout! Using lightweight, Toning Sticks to enhance tone target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt bodies naturally while having a blast!
TNT: Ready to get your heart pumping and see results with this Tabata style high intensity training! This class will consist of eight, 4 minute long sessions with 20 seconds of intense training and 10 seconds of rest to get your heart rate back down. Are you up for the challenge?
Half & Half: This program puts a modern twist on your traditional step aerobics class! Combining resistance training moves using dumbbells and barbells to tone and sculpt along with aerobic movements that aim to increase oxygen consumption helping to improve overall endurance and lung capacity!
